When playing roulette there is a 1/5000 of the roulette ball falling from the table when the game ends, the item can be pawned or kept, it is considered a rare item. When the chance is met, it also takes into account the amount of players on the table, randomly selecting a player to 'pickup' the ball, making the chance of receiving a roulette ball on a full 4 player table 1/20000.
