Reputation points are gained in many ways, those ways are:

Personal Daily Activities - All personal daily activities give you a 1/2 chance to receive a rep point.

Public Delivery Jobs - All delivery have a chance to give rep on completion of a delivery, these chances vary though based on the job and are as follows:
Go Postal: 1/50 chance to receive reputation point
Pizza This: 1/50 chance to receive reputation point
RS Trucking: 1/25 chance to receive reputation point
Ron's Trucking: 1/25 chance to receive reputation point
Recycling: 1/40 chance to receive reputation point
Groupe Sechs': 1/40 chance to receive reputation point

Criminal Activities - Most criminal activities give a guaranteed amount of reputation based on the activity.
House Break Ins: 2 reputation
Cash Register Robbery: 3 reputation
USB Robbery: 5 reputation
Commercial Crate: 5 reputation
Bank Robbery: 10 reputation
Union Depository Wall: 5 reputation
Union Depository Cage: 5 reputation per
Street Racing: @jark fills
Chop shop: 1/4 chance for 1 reputation
Drug Sales: @jark fills
Coke Shipment: 1/2 chance to reward 10 reputation (excluding blueprints)
Gun Shipment: 10 reputation
Meth Cooking RV: Varies based on cops- @jark fills
