Traphouse I enables a single property within your group territory to passively sell drugs. This perk has a single upgrade, which allows an additional property within your territory to passively sell drugs.

Functionality

Traphouse, as described, will passively sell drugs at a random (within limits) rate within your territory. ThisCurrently, this rate scales with your territory size at 

 85 seconds to (240 - (territory_size * 2)) seconds.seconds

You do not require anyone present in the city or within your territory for the traphouse to passively sell.
