In our current RP system, morguing and permanent jail scenarios are consequences that can affect players who engage with federal agencies or criminal whitelists. While these scenarios have long been in place for certain groups and agencies, all players can now potentially face these penalties based on their actions.

What This Means for You

These consequences introduce real risks for your character. Players must be aware that certain RP choices could lead to permanent character loss or long-term imprisonment. Below are some key scenarios where these consequences may come into play:

• Snitching on Criminal Organizations: Informing on criminal groups can lead to serious repercussions for your character, including permanent consequences.
• Drawing Attention from Illegal Activities: Involvement in illegal activities such as gun running or other high-profile crimes that attract federal interest can now trigger morguing or permanent jail scenarios. 
• Compromised Situations: If a character finds themselves in a position where they have been compromised, they may be forced to RP their way out, with the potential for these penalties.

Reassurance to Players

Rest assured, this system is closely monitored and vetted. Players will not face permanent character loss for crimes that are low in severity or carry little significance to an overarching story line. Every possible RP path will be considered before such drastic measures are implemented. This system is in place to enhance the depth and realism of RP, not to unfairly target players.

Examples of scenarios that could lead to loss of character

• A criminal character who ends up being caught by Federal Agents may not be considered trustworthy by the criminal organizations. This could lead to them being killed and morgued by criminal whitelist members due to being compromised.
• On the other hand, a Federal Agent who has been compromised and exposed as being undercover or part of the organization could also face the risk of being morgued.
• Snitches — if sensitive information is leaked by a player or around federal or criminal whitelist activity, they could be permanently killed off.
• A criminal involved in high-level crime within a criminal organization is arrested. They could be sent to jail for life by Federal Agents.
