This system establishes a dynamic cycle, continuously reintroducing older properties to the market and creating opportunities for new players seeking their own property.

Property tax is charged at a fixed rate of 2%3% of the properties value / 7 charged daily.

Example: The property tax fee for a property worth $35,000 would be: $100150 every 24 hours. If the property forecloses the owner will be returned $19,600.18,900.
