Shabby, Nice & Two-Story Homes


These type of private lot homes would be considered the next step up from apartments, while they may offer similar storage spacing and interior design, they're also a lot more widely available than a typical apartment building would be. Most if not all homes can usually be fitted with spacing for a private parking space!

Shabby Homes (500m3)

Perhaps not the most desirable living space for most people but will certainly be greatly available around all sorts of locations around Los Santos, most prominently in South/East LS.

Nice Homes (700m3)

Similarly to shabby homes, these homes are also fairly widely available in almost all locations around Los Santos though obviously as the name suggests, they look nicer. 

Two-Story Homes (750m3)

Not as widespread as the aforementioned homes, however there's still plenty available all around, most typically around places like Mirror Park, Vespucci, Vinewood Hills & Paleto Bay.
