Advanced Mechanics
Big boy information! Driving a car and your tires pop for no apparent reason or a ghost local ends your life at 120+ MPH, so this will probably explain your misfortunes! Buckle up and sit tight and intake all this info which I hope you didn't know before!
Tires Pop Mid-Air
Ever thought you were a stunt driver and flying in a CAR!?!? But when you land you lose all control and your tires pop? Yeah, that's probably because of this mechanic, when you go mid-air in a land vehicle at a high speed, the impact will be too much for your tires to handle and they will give in and pop on you. Not ideal in chases!
No Control Mid-Air
Ever noticed when you're being a stuntman you're trying to control the car but you end up smashing into a tree and smoking out your car? Yeah, it's intentional, contrary to popular belief, land vehicles do not have wings and can not control themselves like planes when not on the ground, see those things called tires? Yeah, that's what controls movement not the lack of wings!
Streetlights are Solid
Ever thought you were so solid that you were driving at streetlights at full speed thinking they were going to keel over for you? Well nuh-uh, you're met with quite an unpleasant surprise when your car abruptly stops and you have either flown out the window or are still in there but heavily damaged/downed. Streetlights don't move for you!
Hard Crashing at 120mph+
Ever noticed you were driving very very fast and all of a sudden your screen goes black and you lying down on the floor? Yeah, that's a thing, even with a seatbelt, the sudden force of a 120mph+ crash into an object will cause you to instantly become incapacitated.
Off-Roading With a Road Vehicle
Find it impossible to drive off-road when your vehicle is not cut out for it? Yeah, that's probably why, your vehicle needs specific off-road tires and must be classed as an off-road vehicle to even be considered for nice handling off the road! Stick to your Sanchez!
Seatbelts
Seems obvious but so easily forgettable, REMEMBER YOUR SEATBELT. You can enable it so long as you are under 40mph and in a vehicle that has seatbelts. Press "B" to buckle up!
