Modifying Vehicles

Looking to pimp your ride? Blue is not for you anymore or simply want to feel the raw power of a full fully-tuned engine? This is the right guide for you, here we will go through the different types of customisationscustomizations you can receive and where you can receive them from! If your like me and own a Renault Twingo then it costs virtually nothing :D

LS Customs

Starting off with the locallocally owned Los Santos customs, not really much customisationcustomization here but is very good for simple updates which isare usually simple and small but can make all the difference! You can find Los Santos customs on HawichHawick Avenue and the icon is a purple airhorn!

The most notable things you can do here isare change your License Plate colourcolor and tyretire smoke, there are also more upgrades which are less notable but may be significant to you. I will let you find these out!

DW Customs

DW Customs, the home of the big boy upgrades, they offeroffers from Cosmetics all the way to Full tunes,Tunes, here the sky is the limit and with DW you can take your car to the next level, limits that before you never knew wherewere possible. They can be found on Innocence Boulevard and the icon is a red airhorn!

NOTE: DW Customs typically has a long line when opened, ensure to park in the provided spot and take note of your place in the queue, always remember to be Kind and Courteous to Mechanics!

There are 3 ranks a Mechanic can earn working in the shop other than Roadside and here we will explain which each rank can provide for youyour car. (To find out which service is online send a message to the DW Hotline and await a response)!

Cosmetics
  • Underglow

  • Window Tints
  • Car Colour Changes (Except Liveries)
  • License Plate Colours
  • Wheels
  • Other cosmetic upgrades which do not require changes to the vehiclesbody bodyof the vehicle
Bodywork

Bodywork availability will depend on the type of vehicle you have bought and theits customisability of it,customizability, for exampleexample, the Audi RS7 23' has very few bodywork options compared to the likes of the Sultan which has a bunch of bodywork options such as Spoiler, Suspension, Vehicle Body Changes. 

NOTE: You may have a look at liveries with bodywork mechanics, they offer a different take on the look of the vehicle. Availability varies on the vehicle. SameThe same applies withto vehicle armour.armor.

Tuner

Ah yes, you know the queue is out of the parking lot when a Tuner is clocked on! They can help bring out the most performance in your car tuning it to perfection and increasing power and performance. Typically a full tune will cost 33% of the vehicles stock price, a full tune for a 100k car will cost 33k for example.
