Selling Vehicles

Had enough of your car, doesn't give you the same buzz it once did... I had the same feeling with my wife but unlike her, I can sell my car. Whether that be with locals or by another citizen, your vehicle can make you some extra cash.

Non-player-owned vehicles cannot be sold through local selling or vehiclethe transfers.auction house

Vehicle Sell Logic
  • You will receive 60% of the vehicle stock price (what you bought it for) when locally selling regardless of upgrades
  • You must own all the vehicles you sell and be present for the sale
  • You may not attempt to sell vehicles that you do not own (Lawyers have systems to check this)
  • A lawyer must be available for a Player to Player Sale
  • A 5% transfer fee will be covered by the buyer/seller/other when Player to Player Selling (this caps at $15,000 and is set at $10,000 for event vehicles)own.
  • You can find vehicles for salesale/auction via LifeInvader inat the cityauction or  #rp-vehicle-sales in the Highlife Discordhouse.
  • Gold Ticketed Vehicles may only be transferredpurchased toby those who also possess a Gold Supporter Ticket+
Vehicle Local Sell

The first way to sell your wife... I mean vehicle, is by heading over to the local vehicle sell. This option is the fastest however does come with its setbacks. You will find the local sell in Vespucci at the docks off of Dutch London Street accompanied by this beautiful green POI icon!

Easy is as easy does you can now park the vehicle you are selling at the green ring on the floor and voila your vehicle is gone and the money has landed instantly into your account! Hope you brought some lockpicks or a friend (couldn't relate), because now you need to go find another car to drive around the city with!

Player-to-Player Selling

OnceEver looked at your car and thought, I could get way more for this? Well, unlike your ex’s engagement ring, you have found the vehicle of your dreams plus you and the sellerdon’t have got in contact with each other, you both may now head down to thesettle DOJfor (Department of Justice) office. There are 2 iconspennies on the map,dollar. Welcome to The Grand Exchange, and auction house on San Andreas Ave. where you set the correctprice, iconyou will beset the onerules, locatedand nexthopefully, someone out there thinks your old beater is worth top dollar.

At the Grand Exchange, you can:

  • Set your own price, because you know your car is definitely worth more than what locals would give you.
  • Choose an auction length, anywhere from 30 minutes to the1 G6week—perfect (Gruppefor Sechs)both iconimpulse on Alta Street. The other icon is the Court House. At this office, you will be able to consult a Lawyersellers and undergopatient thenegotiators.

    reserve price if you’re not about that lowball life.

REMINDER: If you are buying a Gold Supporter Ticket vehicle you must possess a Gold Supporter Ticket+ which can be found in the Highlife Store

 

 

NOTE: Once your vehicle has been transferredpurchased, park it at a Public Garage immediately to prevent issues from arising.
