Health
Good health is key to success, your health bar is a representation of a player's physical health and if you don't take care of it you'll notice it'll become harder to move around at a normal speed due to the pain. If a player finds themselves in need of a fixup it's best advised for them to take some painkillers for minor wounds or use bandages to fix up any really bad injuries.
If a player ever finds themselves in a situation where they've been shot or stabbed bandages will also come in handy to stop the bleeding from it, if these wounds aren't attended to its capable of quickly incapacitating a player.
Stamina / Lung Capacity
Stamina and lung capacity is based upon a player's playtime, capped at 1000 hours, meaning a player with 2000 hours will receive no further capacity than that of a player with 1000 hours playtime. This primarily effects the players ability to sprint, cycle and hold their breath underwater. The capacity is scaled meaning with each minute you play, up to 1000 hours in total, you will receive a buff to your overall stamina.
Stamina is also affected by the players maintenance of their hunger/thirst levels, while there is currently no detriment to the players health by not maintaining these values, stamina and lung capacity is greatly reduced with these values not being kept at a optimum levels.
When a player's stamina is depleted (flashing red) the players ability to run is reduced to a jog, with jumping also being hindered, this will positively increase the chance for the player to fall over when jumping.
Your ability to run at speed will also be affected if you are below a certain health threshold, your player will inherit a limp run when below this threshold and therefore will result in a slower running pace until your health has been rectified.
Hunger / Thirst
As mentioned prior, in its current state maintaining a filled hunger/thirst bar is not a necessity to survive, however it does provide some increased endurance. There's numerous types of food and drinks that can be found in all types of locations such as restaurants, convenience stores, malls, etc....
The types of food/drink you consume will change your hunger/thirst bars at different levels, for example a heartstopper burger is more filling than an apple...
