Been a naughty boy and ended up in the pen? High chance they impounded your vehicle too... This guide is to help you recover a vehicle "lost to the feds" or that has been impounded by Roadside mechanics. 

What is it?

When your vehicle is involved in a crime and/or is left dumped on the sidewalk or the scene of a crime, may be subject to being impounded. You can find this out by checking the "Find My Car" app on your phone. When your vehicle is impounded it will be for a set price/time. The price can range from $0 - $10000 and the time can range from 0 Days - 6000 Days. This will vary depending on the reason for the impound.

Vehicle Retrieval

You can find the impound next to the courthouse which is identified with its unique blue gate icon which looks like this:

Upon entering the impound you will receive the option to retrieve your car. You can do so accordingly so long as you have the required money and the impound timer is complete!
