Level 2: All invoices are 3% cheaper
Level 3: All invoices are 5% cheaper

Level 1: 5% increase in the sale price to the pawnshop
Level 2: 8% increase in the sale price to the pawnshop
Level 3: 11% increase in the sale price to the pawnshop
Level 4: 14% increase in the sale price to the pawnshop
Level 5: 17% increase in the sale price to the pawnshop

Coagulant:

Level 1: 5% chance to not bleed when shot or stabbed
Level 2: 10% chance to not bleed when shot or stabbed
Level 3: 15% chance to not bleed when shot or stabbed
Level 4: 20% chance to not bleed when shot or stabbed
