Level 1: Speeding tickets are reduced by 20% thanks to insider information
Level 2: Speeding tickets are reduced by 30% thanks to insider information
Level 3: Speeding tickets are reduced by 40% thanks to insider information
Level 4: Speeding tickets are reduced by 50% thanks to insider information

Mechanic:
